Dignified D. Sorinolu-Bimpe is the Chief Executive Officer of Schmooze Lounge, which he founded. He is responsible for setting the overall direction and product strategy for the network. He leads the design of Schmooze Lounge's service and development of its core technology and infrastructure. Dignified is currently a final-year student of Caleb University where he majors in Architecture.

Simdul Miri-Dashe serves as the Vice President of Schmooze Lounge and handles the business development and sales aspect of the company. He is also a final-year student of Caleb University majoring in Business Administration.

Olowu Andrew is the Chief Brand Officer of Schmooze Lounge. He handles the growth and public image of the company. He also acts as the Head of Ideas & Innovation, He is also VP (Human Resource) for Schmooze Lounge. He is a final-year student of Caleb University where he majors in Human Resource Management.

Tolu Araba is the Chief Technical Officer of Schmooze Lounge, he oversees the infrastructure and internal technology systems of the network. He also handles the graphics and visual deigns of the network. Tolu is a student of Caleb University, Lagos.

Tope Hassan is the E-Social manager of Schmooze Lounge. She is tasked with stimulating activity on the network (this includes interacting with members of the community and also managing the official Schmooze Lounge accounts on other websites such as the official Facebook and Twitter accounts. Also a student of Caleb University.
