Young and Unlucky

Someone said "I am young and unlucky. Surprised you couldn't tell". Thing is, a lot of times, we forget to see what God has done and what he has in store for us. Let's be logical. Not everything is always going to work for your good. No matter how much you try to avoid it, you'll still meet up with failure at some point. The thing that works is to be positive and keep trying.

I'm not saying I dont say negative things or have negative thoughts (Trust me, I'm all up in that). What I'm trying to point out is that a lot of times, we tend to test God and not just trust in what he has promised us or what he can do for us. I mean, a lot of people sit in a spot and blame God for all of their failures and shortcoming. Have you ever asked yourself, "what did I do wrong?" or "Why did God not answer my prayer?" Its ohkay to be full of imperfections but we should learn to always go back to God and ask properly to be better people.

So ask yourself sincerely, "Am I really young and unlucky? Am I Really??"

true to that! i also think i am not young and lucky but just blessed. their is no one who is always happy. everyone is young and lucky. lucky that they/u are alive

This is a really nice piece, straight from the heart. Like your touched by the holy spirit cos in this hard times, the tendency to a lot of negatives is always there with economics crises and all. But like you said, we should appreciate what he has given us first before thinking of complaining of our troubles. Great food for thought.
